Founded in 1980, B&F Properties pursues commercial real estate development/management primarily with residential apartment communities. The goal was to exceed the needs of the Lancaster rental market by supplying distinctive apartment homes with exemplary service and value pricing.

B&F Properties specializes in the luxury apartment rental market and is a prominent leader in the rental housing industry in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. With approximately 35 employees, B&F has multiple properties catering to a variety of renters by choice in all age brackets.

With the needs and desires of renters in mind Phil Frey, President, and Nick Frey, Exec. Vice President, pride themselves on providing well designed, finely crafted, and beautifully maintained apartment communities. Our new communities have swimming pools, play areas, clubhouses and fitness centers, and a wealth of additional amenities to make your apartment the best place to call home.

Our benchmark community, The Highlands at Warwick, has earned numerous awards from the Central PA Apartment Association. These awards include being voted number one in overall community excellence, best leasing/management team, best curb appeal, and best maintenance department. B&F Properties' newest community, The Crest at Elm Tree, opened June of 2006 in Mount Joy, PA west of Lancaster. The Crest, similar to The Highlands, but has even more features. This progressive community features luxurious one to three bedroom apartments. We've changed the rules in design and added direct access garages, an added privacy and convenience feature any resident would love.
